Overview
Teacher Planner is an online lesson planner for organizing classes, lessons, units, and standards in one place. It helps teachers manage a changing school week while keeping daily details connected to longer-term plans.
Alongside scheduling and print tools, it includes AI-assisted drafting for common classroom materials that teachers can review and adapt for their students.
Key Features
- Imports an existing timetable from a photo or PDF, with a review step before saving
- Presents plans in day, week, month, unit timeline, and lesson outline views
- Keeps lesson objectives, activities, and notes together
- Moves an affected lesson and subsequent lessons forward with Bump Forward
- Prints day, week, month, or lesson outlines in Classic, Minimal, or Cards styles
- Tracks classes, lessons, units, and standards within a planbook
AI Tools for Teachers
The Lesson Plan Generator drafts plans from a topic, learning objectives, or standards. Additional tools create worksheets and multiple-choice quizzes, including answer keys, from supplied topics or reading material.
A Text Rewriter adjusts wording, length, or complexity for a target group of students. The Writing Feedback tool drafts feedback based on an assignment and the teacher's chosen criteria.
Planning Workflow
Teachers can upload a timetable, confirm the detected classes and times, and then organize lessons across calendar views. When an assembly, cancellation, or extended lesson changes the sequence, Bump Forward shifts lessons without requiring the plan to be entered again.
Plans can then be prepared for printing or saved as a PDF, using the available layout settings and templates.
Pricing
The Free plan costs $0 and includes one planbook, core day, week, and month planning, plus basic PDF printing with the Minimal template. Pro starts at $9.90 per month and adds unlimited planbooks, Standards Tracker, advanced print settings, and templates, with a seven-day free trial.
A Lifetime option costs $299 as a one-time payment and includes the same premium planning features.
