Overview
pocketty is an SSH terminal for iPhone and iPad designed to work with agents running in herdr Panes. It lets users receive agent status updates, open the exact Pane that needs attention, and respond through a mobile terminal with native controls.
The app communicates with a user's own hosts over SSH. Agent notifications are optional and are sealed on the host for the paired phone before leaving the computer.

Agent Notifications
The pocketty daemon sends notifications when an agent becomes blocked or moves from working to done. It waits two seconds and sends only the latest state, reducing noise from rapid state changes; a newer alert for the same Pane replaces the previous one.
Notifications contain the agent state plus host, workspace, tab, and time information, but not terminal text. The relay and Apple receive ciphertext, while the paired phone opens the alert locally.
Setup and Use
The workflow requires the pocketty daemon and herdr on the host, notifications enabled on the phone, and outbound HTTPS access for the host. Connecting to the host once allows the app to pair with the daemon automatically over SSH.
After pairing, tapping an alert connects to the host and takes control of the relevant Pane. Responses can then be entered with the terminal keyboard or sent as a complete message in text mode.
